Robert E. Barry, 85, of Ocean View died Monday. Born in Bellingham, Wash., he was a WWII U.S. Navy veteran, an aerospace engineer, sailor, author, leader of the Ocean View Neighborhood Watch for 15 years and president of Ocean View Ranchos Road Maintenance for 10 years. Andrea Marie Rollman, 65, of Waikoloa died Sunday. Born in Nanticoke, Pa., she was a teacher for 30 years in New Jersey and at Kealakehe Elementary School for four years. She was a captain in Civil Air Patrol’s Kona Composite Squadron, a member of the Waikoloa CERT team, and the New Jersey Education Association. Rosalind Leialoha Mei Sui Lan Palakiko, 54, of Kailua-Kona died June 17 at the Kona Community Hospital. Born in Nanakuli, Oahu, she was an overnight stocker at Walmart. Known as “Coach Tubs” and “Aunty Mama,” she was also a campus security officer and volleyball coach at Nanakuli Intermediate and High Schools.
